this sounds like scabbies. I had it a long time ago when I caught it off my bed ridden grandfather. It is characterised by an itchy red rash where there is hair and white blisters where there are no hair follicles
Small red bumps. Small dot in the middle. Clear sticky substance sometimes oozing from the bump. Extremely itchy.
Im dealing with the same problem were they pimples before then you popped them and it turned all red, swollen, and itchy? im using HYDRCORTISONE CREAM and its kind of helping for now but i would go to a doctor they will give you something.
rash
If you really want to know what they are, go see a doctor. We can't diagnose you over the internet sight unseen with a vague description like "small itchy bumps". My guess would be flea (or some other small insect) bites, but that's just a guess.
Concave dips inward. (the cave ending clues you in)Convex bumps outward. (it vexes you like a pimple)
i have those too. i heard it is because you are not wearing enoug sun screen and you should use at least spf 30 when you go outside especially for more than an hour.
Small bumps on the sides of the fingers and toes the get itchy and occur in winter and spring are likely to be exzema. This type of eczema is sometimes called dyshydriosis. See your health care provider for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.

Sounds like it could be a reactive dermatitis. Try changing your shampoo and or laundry detergent.
