Social Forces are anything in a society with the capability to cause change. So lets pull apart a divorce for example. On the Micro Level (Persons, Family, and Friends) the divorce could have been caused by a lack of common interests, poor communication, different ideals, etc. On the Messo Level (Organizations, communities) a divorce could be caused by a popular burlesque house in your town that your husband likes to frequent. On the Macro Level (Social, Global Village) we see things such as a higher cost of living, high unemployment. Anything that could limit our personal options on the micro level.
