Wash the bed linens. That's it, simply that. The wash cycle and detergent added to it should be enough to kill any surviving sperm.
Actually--- sperm will NOT survive without the right temperature, enough moisture/fluid, correct pH, etc. Sperm will be dead before you even get up to go to the bathroom! They'll get too cold to live.
You do not need 100% definite ways. Without the correct temperature in sufficient fluids with the correct pH, sperm has NO chance to live on fabric.
