Huevos con Chorizo -Chorizo mixed with Scrambled eggs
-Cook Chorizo in a round large sauce pan with a wooden spoon break it up, cook till nice brown red color and sauce is sizzleing
-break your eggs into a bowl add a little bit of milk till it is a nice creamy color, not to much or it will be mushi
-poor over the Chorizo
-Let sit till sides of egg are lifting then take wooden spoon and push the egg to 1 side flip it and break it up a bit then let rest of the egg cook, continuing the pushing and breaking up till desired finish
Papas con Chorizo-Chorizo and potatoes
-cook Chorizo same as with scrambled eggs,
-slice up potatoes and place in pan till golden
-poor egg in similar fashion over the potatoes and Chorizo
-Scrambled to desired finish
