None. The only land that the Antarctic Circle crosses is on the continent of Antarctica. There are no cities, states, provinces, or countries on that continent.
If by "america" you mean the United States of America, then there are no "provinces". However, there are states, which are similar in concept to provinces in other countries. There are fifty such states in the US.
Boundary???!!!!
That depends on what sport. In sports such as baseball, yes. Also, the teams can be named after countries, or provinces/states, like in the CFL.
Countries or other political divisions (such as states, provinces, districts, etc.) have a capital city. Towns are like cities, although they have a smaller population.
France, Russia, China, Japan, South Korea, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, etc.
South Africa has provinces rather than states. South Africa is divided into nine provinces. None of the nine provinces begin with the letter C.
In the United States of America, states are only classified by the word "states'. In Canada, "states" are only classified by "provinces". "States" in other countries are not called states of provinces and each would have their own terms for these areas.
