I bet a lot of people have eaten a vegan meal without knowing it. Spaghetti and marinara sauce (with out parmesan on top) is a simple vegan meal. Red beans and rice. Veggie stir-fry. Just pop open a vegan cookbook to the "Entrees" chapter and you will be surprised how many options are out there. Too many to name in one answer!

well i buy the morning meals. Totally good and if you like the taste of meat they have fake meat. Salad is also super easy. There is so much food you can eat. You can also make something that usually has meat in it but just take it out

I have not found any information to prove that he is or is not a vegetarian but his Husband is currently a vegetarian and his Husband cooks most meals from what we know so it can be safe to assume most of his meals are vegetarian friendly

They're called MRE's or 'Meals Ready to Eat'. Some are actually decent, and there are even vegetarian meals. Others...not so much. >_<
