Generally overweight is called as obesity. When the person is suffering from obesity there is a chance to get joint pains especially knee and back joint pains. When our joints get stressed by our overweight, it might leads to inflammation in joints. It removes breakdown of cartilage and bones. When cartilage removed away the bones rub against each other and it causes pain and stiffness.
