To correct your answer, the multicoloured pen is not really a secret. If you read the little book that comes with the DSi you would of noticed that this is not a secret at all.
That's why those miniature books are in DS Games, Xbox 360 Games, PS3 Games also DS, DS Lite and DSi Consoles.
So do you want to know a real secret?
Turn on your DSi right now.
I will give you tips for a secret right now.
1. Turn on your DSi.
2. Go to DSi Sound.
3. Go to record or edit sounds
4. Click on a empty bubble.
5. Record something simple.
6. At the end you will see 6 colours.
7. Click on green. (If you DO NOT click on green it may or may not work.)
8.You will be in a menu with all your bubbles.
9.Wait about a minute.
10. Do NOT touch any more buttons.
11. You will start to hear Mario music.
Note: If this successfully worked, Congratulations! This is a real secret that you can enjoy. Coloured pens are a waste of time. Enjoy your Mario music!

NOTE: Please make sure your volume is loud enough for you to hear, for there are some secrets that allow you to use your hearing.
1. Using the Flipnote menu, go to 3 and press select. Then circle a part of your drawing and press L and A at the same time for copying.
2. Using the Flipnote menu, go to 3 and press select. Then circle a part of your drawing and press L and X at the same time for negative colors.
3. Hold down start and drag your stylist across the bottom screen of your Nintendo and it will form a horizontal line.
4. Hold down select and drag your stylist across the bottom screen of your Nintendo and it will form a vertical line.
5. Hold down start and select and drag your stylist across the bottom screen of your Nintendo and it will form a rectangular solid.
6. Hold down X to erase all pages and music from your Flipnote.
7. Simply tapping the X will erase a single page from your Flipnote.
8. Hold down select and scroll forward or backwards to erase and/or add a page to your Flipnote.
9. Hold down start and scroll forward or backwards to jump to the first or last
page of your Flipnote.
10. Using the Flipnote menu, select a pen, paint or eraser (hold down L as you select) to access Advanced Tools.
11. If you mess up on a drawing and you don't want to just erase it, simply hold down Y and scroll backwards to undo. This also works if you'd like to redo something: just scroll the opposite way.
12. Go to Flipnote Hatena (on the internet on your Nintendo) and watch a Flipnote. Then, go to any Creator's room and scroll forward to watch the Flipnote again. Please note that there is no volume when you do this glitch.
13. This might not work, but you can try it anyway. Go to Command Search on the main menu of Flipnote Hatena and enter this code: up (x2), down (x2).
14. Holding down select, increase or decrease your volume to brighten or darken your Nintendo's screen.
15. Using the Nintendo camera, take a picture of yourself. Then, go to either the System Memory or SD Card Memory to view your picture. Tap edit under the picture when you view it. Then use Graffiti to doodle on yourself without having to hold your Nintendo insanely still. This is much easier for many people.
16. On your Nintendo's main menu, there will be an app installed called PictoChat. Tap it. Choose any room. Using your stylist, tap the pen icon in the far left hand corner. It will turn to rainbow colors. Doodle on the screen and it will appear amazingly colorful. It stays like that even when you send your message!
17. If your Nintendo is dying and you don't have a charger, simply lower the screen brightness and it will save a little more battery. Or if you don't want to play your Nintendo any more, just turn it off.
18. If you are charging your Nintendo (this works with any Nintendo system) and the orange light goes off, unplug your Nintendo from the charger and then plug the charger back in. It gives you more battery life, and more time to play!
19. On the Flipnote Studio menu, if you do not have Advanced Tools, tap the icon in the top right hand corner. Scroll over about two or three pages. There will be a button that says Advanced Tools: ON or OFF. If you don't yet have Advanced Tools, yours will say OFF. Tap the ON button and open a fresh or old Flipnote. You will have more tools.
20. (You must have at least 2 green stars to do this glitch) Add 2 green stars to a Flipnote, then erase them. Repeat over and over, and your green stars will multiply!
