• When someone at work spreads malicious rumors; insults vocally re sexual orientation; age, sex, race, disability or a particular religious belief.
• Setting up an employee to fail.
• Stealing the work from an employee and the bully takes the credit for it.
• Being accused of something you did not say or do and not allowed to defend yourself.
• Someone above your position that is overbearing and demanding of your work.
• Causing an employee to be excluded in all matters in the workplace if other employees are present.
• Sexual harassment which includes touching or asking for sexual favors which could lead to the loss of an employee's job if they decline.
