Hold on there just a minute, Casanova, I sense a few problems with this situation.
One, in order to touch a girl all you need to do is ask her. If you are looking for an excuse, that could cause problems because the excuse is not a genuine reason to do something. If you are looking for an excuse then you are manipulating the situation to suite your own desires without regard to the other person's feelings. That will likely blow up in your face in the future and create more problems and make things worse, not better.
Two: Keeping something secret implies that there would be something wrong if her friends found out. That means, again, that your intentions are to do something that is not acceptable to them, or to others. By wanting it to be a secret means that it is the wrong thing to do. They will find out eventually and you will then have to explain yourself. If the girl you want to get closer to finds out that you have been deceitful, then you will lose her forever.
The best thing is just to be honest and tell her how you feel about her. You may be surprised to find out that honesty is the best policy.
