If you want to lose weight you should eat foods like whole grains and nuts and seeds. to lose weight you should avoid red meat, butter and whole milk. All of these foods will not help you lose weight but make you gain.
McDonalds, try cutting that out of your diet.
the simple thing to do is not to cut things out completely but cut down on thing. don't eat as much sweets, chocolate and other fatty foods. also eat 5 a day and get at least 1 hour of exercise and you should see results. i was 13 stone and by doing this i got down to 10 stone in about 1 year!

Anything that has a lot of calories and trans fat, but I cant just tell you exactly. since everyone is different. If you are a sporty person like me, eat a lot more foods but not fats. Many people find making an effort to add more vegetables easier than removing favorite vices. Just eat the veggies first.

You don't have to eliminate anything.. All you have to do is look at the quantity/portions and cut the half of em plus do exercise 6 days a weeks, drink a lot of water:)
