Depends. Some "pop-ups" are actually malware or adware.
Basic exercises are good for most beginners. Push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups work well to begin your training regime. I would suggest finding a partner to start exercising with so you aren't alone, and make it a competition so you have another incentive to keep going.
SIT UPS LOTS AND LOTS OF SIT UPS AND CRUNCHES
Some good stretches would be the simple ones such as touching your toes or doing sit ups / curl ups. I also recommend visiting your doctor about this.
scary pop ups can be good or bad some might have caused heartattcks because of bad ones and good ones are weak because of no screams and coming towards the screen
Push ups are good for using your entire body weight, and build not only your biceps, but also your chest muscles as well. There are many different types of push ups, some much more difficult than others.
Do some sit-ups.

It depends what your plan with your Fitness is. First off start with some stretches to make sure not to injury yourself before you start your routines. Try going for walks or runs, sit-ups and push-ups are also a good idea to do and lift some weights. Start off easy and with each week add more to your routines.
Help them do a good workout! Like 50 sit-ups then 35 push-ups then run two miles everyday.
