Initial desire followed by initial results. At some point, you'll want to work out, either to eliminate a body which you dislike or to achieve one you feel is better. As you follow through with exercise and a good diet, your desire may wane as it becomes difficult to remain active and give up tasty junk foods. Eventually however, you'll start noticing results and improvements in your appearance, which will keep you going. Those results lead to even more noticeable results and so on and so forth.

Motivation to exercise after a long day at work is hard to achieve. Try asking a friend to go with when exercising. Put on some upbeat music that makes a person want to move. Take a shower after work to cool off and relax first. Walk or ride a bicycle to and from work whenever possible.

Stick with a plan. If you make working out part of your daily schedule, it will be mush easier to keep up with. Once you do something every day for two to three weeks, it becomes an ingrained habit, like brushing your teeth. Many people like to work out in the mornings because you're less likely to make excuses (like being tired from work, hungry, too busy, etc.). Of course it's not easy getting up extra early, but think about those rock hard abs you want, the jiggle-free arms or looking hot on the beach.

My suggestion is maybe like get a dress or pants that you think are really cool and keep working out until you finally fit into it. I am going to try.
