I would say the pro's are obvious. Relaxation, Detox, Rejuvenation, Skincare and Stress relief. I know this because I've just had my first Massage Therapy session last night.
The cons i would say are simply this- Because massage therapy is not a solution to the problem or a cure for the stress, it unfortunately becomes quite a costly and repetitive treatment. I mean, like I'm already considering booking my next session.
The sad part is that massage therapy is based on the healing and soothing qualities of the human touch. It is not some ancient secret hidden deep in the Himalayan mountains. Its real and its all around us, all the time. Have you ever had a hug? Case closed.
