find their soft spot if someone is annoying by saying or doing something you don't like most of the time those are the things they need attending to then you feed their needs and in return they'll become more likable i work with someone who i don't necessary like because they always make smart comments, I take it as them being starved for attention so that's what i give them once they're fed they usually stop acting that way now if you don't like them just because its probably something that reflects a part of yourself that you don't like
