Concert Eb would be the Bb scale for horns, which has 2 flats in the key signature, so starting on low Bb, it goes Bb (1), C (open), D (1), Eb (2), F (1), G (open), A (1 2), Bb (1). The fingerings go along with a single French horn.

12-2-1-2-T23-T1-T0-T23-T0-T1-T23-2-1-2-12

(D-flat, E-flat, F, G-flat, A-flat, B-flat, C, D-flat, C, B-flat, A-flat, G-flat, F, E-flat, D-flat)

If your horn doesn't have a Thumb/Trigger key, replace the D-flat fingering with a 2 or 12 and the rest should be the same. =)
