Obviously you have the Caravan's 4-speed transmission, which has a computer control module just like the engines do, which monitors problems in the transmission. The 700 code means that this computer is detecting a malfunction somewhere in the system. The 720 is referring to the output speed sensor. These transmissions have a speed sensor controlling input and one for output. I don't know exactly how these function because I have the 3 speed, but I've done a lot of research and I could probably say with about 85% certainty that you should replace the output speed sensor (A Haynes Repair Manual will show the location of this in Chapter 7,) and when that is corrected, the 700 trouble code will probably be removed as well, unless that one means the control unit of the transmission is malfunctioning completely, in which case I can be of no help and you either need to seek professional advice or think about replacing the TCM (Transmission Control Module) completely.
