Surely anything you eat in large quantities is bad for you.

Overdosing on vitamins can do damage to your system (such as bananas), but why would you want to eat the gratuitous amount of bananas it would take to get to that point?

Let's assume that if there was a fruit that was bad for you it wouldn't be readily available to you, like apples or Oranges.

Just don't overfeed it.
