I have thoroughly researched this, and have attended many classes and productions- and the list i can give you is the following (these are for acting more so than musical theater)- Some of these are BA programs also- don't just look at BFA.
in no order whatsoever:
Juilliard
Northwestern
Southern Methodist University
UNCSA
University of Michigan
DePaul
CalArts

If you have a strong interest in musical theater, look at:

Boston Conservatory
Boston University
USC
OKCU
Cincinnati Conservatory

Anna Camp went to University of North Carolina School of the Arts (BFA)
BFA Senior League was created in 1990.
Although you do not need one, it is highly recommended to have a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) or BA (Bachelor of Arts) in Acting to have professional training. Schools such as Rutgers, Ithaca and Carnegie Mellon have these programs.
