That's a hard one. If you count all of our users, it would come out to less than one, since the vast majority of people on this site come and look, and don't make any contributions at all. And then there are other people who are on the site every day during a lot of their spare time answering questions, editing questions, recategorizing, merging, fixing spelling, etc., and they have really high numbers some days. I would say that the leaderboards reflect pretty well what the busiest people are doing... but if you want an average of everyone, it would be less than one.
There isn't a 'best user' on wikianswers. There is only those who have lots of contributions.
Unfortunately there is no way transfer contributions made as an unregistered user to a registered WikiAnswers account.
Of course! Becoming a user on WikiAnswers shows all your contributions and lets you volunteer for a supervisor position and other cool stuff.
Message Boards and Question Discussions both count as community contribution points on WikiAnswers.
WikiAnswers Supervisors and Community Assistants can see all contributions by an IP address.
If you are a registered user, you can go to your contributions page by clicking on "My contributions" on the blue sidebar. Then chose "filter by: Questions Asked" and you will see a list of all the questions that you have asked on WikiAnswers.

If you register as a user for wikianswers you have your own profile. It keeps log of all your contributions, you can receive awards and you get credit for your answers. Orange is a motif of WikiAnswers; this stems mainly from the Orange Guy, the WikiAnswers Community Mascot. However, depending on the primary contributions of a user, orange is not necessarily the most common color.

A user marked by their ID is not a registered user. Therefore, they do not even have a name. These users are considered 'guests' to WikiAnswers, since they do not have an account, and are identified by an ID so their contributions can be tracked.
