You need to eat a diet high in fruit and vegetables, lean protein (chicken, fish and pulses) and non-refined carbohydrates (wholemeal bread, brown rice and pasta). Don't eat biscuits, cakes, sweets and crisps etc. So you don't feel deprived allow yourself ONE SMALL treat a day. A two-finger KitKat if you like chocolate, or a SMALL glass of wine if that is your thing.
