You can work out the specific muscles of the pelvic floor just by tightening and releasing the muscles that you use when you clamp down to stop urinating or to "hold it in". Repeating this exercise several times a day with multiple repetitions can quickly eliminate the stress incontinence. Another method is to sit on the toilet and start a urine stream and then clamp down and stop it, repeat with start:stop, start:stop to exercise the same muscles.
