If it does position your low half way between full in and full out. run saw and accelerate if it hesitates start turning low screw ccw until it accelerates smoothly, you might have to adjust your idle at this time. To adjust high speed set the adjuster just like the low .and hold the throttle wide open and turn the high adjuster ccw until the engine runs clear
