Why do plant cells have more parts than animal cells?

honeslty i have no idea. :( Because plants produce organic compounds by photosynthesis and a large number of other metabolites.

What cell parts do plant cells have BUT animal cells do not contain?

cell membrane

What parts are found in plant cells that are not found in animal cells?

chloroplasts and cell wall

What is part of a plant cell but not an animal cell?

Chloroplasts and cellular walls, plus a large central vacuole are parts of plant cells and not animal cells.

Why do animal cells have no starch grains?

because they move their body parts freely

Rigid cell walls and chlorophyll

What are the six cell parts that both a plant and an animal cell have?

Plants and animal cells both have nucleus, chromosomes, vacuole, cell membrane, cytoplasm, and mitochondrion. However, plants cells have cell wall and chloroplast which animal cells don't.

Are Chloroplasts the energy producing parts animal cells?

No, chloroplasts are the energy producing part of plants.

What cell parts do animal cells have that plants do not have?

Animal cells have a lysosomes that are not present and cilia that are rarely seen in plant cells. The lysosomes are the recycling and disposal site in the animal cell. The cilia help the cell move.

A plant cell has two parts that animal cells do not have they are the?

These parts are the cell wall (animal cells just have a cell membrane) and the vacuole. Plants also have chloroplasts which animal cells do not have.

What two parts do cell plants have that animal cells do not have?

A plant cell has a vacuole and a cell wall. Green plants also have the organelles known as chloroplasts.

What digests worn out cell parts and food?

lysosomes-they are a membrane-bound organelle located inside animal cells. plants do not have them

Do plant cells reproduce faster than animal cells?

Not necessarily. Cells in different parts of plants and animals reproduce (divide) at different rates. It would depend on what parts of the organisms you are comparing. For example: the ends of plant roots grow a lot faster than the other parts, and hair cells in animals grow faster than cells in other parts of the body.

What are the parts animal cells don't have?

Animal cells do not have; a cell wall, a permanent vacuole or chloroplasts.
