Hello. Based on what you said, there is a chance of conceiving after coming off the patch. Some women are very fertile after coming off contraceptive medication while others are only fertile when they ovulate or when they experience break through ovulation. It is possible you may of conceived but its just as possible the missing period is caused by coming off the patch. It has a similar effect to Birth Control and takes a while for the hormones to decrease so your body gets used to working on its own without extra hormones. This could be why your period hasn't arrived or you may be pregnant. It's really difficult to say hun. But do a pregnancy test this week or see your doctor for a blood test. Take care and I hope this has helped you some. Please recommend me if I've helped you. :-)
The chances of you getting pregnant AFTER you have a child, are extremely high actually. So you might want to get another test.

No. Once you're off the pill your period should normalise within a few months and then your chances of getting pregnant are back to where they would have been w/o the pill.
When you are on/having your period, it is usually when you have one of the highest chances of getting pregnant.
No, if you did not have sex than no chances of getting pregnant. But if you had sex than there might be chances, or it might be delayed period.

There is ALWAYS a chance that you can get pregnant after engaging in intercourse ...
Skipping sugar pills to avoid a period reduces, and does not raise, your risk of getting pregnant on the pill.
