I assume you are asking about the Ancient Greek government, and not the current Greek government.
There are enough differences to write a whole book. And there was not a Greek Government, there were several city-states, with different laws and forms of government, changing throughout the centuries, ranging from the strictest Dictatorships, to pure Democracy.
In Athens for example, in the 5th Century B.C. :
A. People voted on laws directly and not through representatives.
B. Only land owners had the right to vote.
C. Women had no right to vote.
