There is no need to any special document. First of all the woman should prove that currently is not wife of somebody else. Legal registration of marriage should should be done in Iran or any Iranian embassy or consulate around the world. Some health certificats are needed from both man and woman. The most importnat thing which might be a concern for Russian women, is that the marriage should be done accroding Islamic law which needs woman to recognize Islam as a relegion.
