In case of payment request writing letters, the content of the letter should be quite explanatory indicating the need for payment. Use of harsh or rude language would cause further harm and damages the relation between company and clients. Therefore, while writing payment request letters, content should be brief and to the point, such as "we bring your kind attention to the payment pending from your end" because we can never assess the reason why payment has been held up whether unnoticeably or due to lack of funds, therefore, the letter must be polite and professional.
