Vitamin E is an antioxidant. Antioxidants prevent aging and are found in most purple foods such as grapes, acai berries, blueberries, and their juices. Some peanut butter has vitamin E in it. If you don't like any of those foods, try taking a once a day complete multivitamin or vitamin E supplement :)
