The significant sources of vitamin E are seed oils (corn, nuts, wheat, soy) and avocado. You will struggle to find any foods that contain little (in nutritional terms), or none.
Some amount of vitamin E contains in a fresh vegetables such as potato, cucumber, carrot. But some vegetables contains more vitamin E, than other. For example spinach and broccoli. Be aware, that thermal processing of vegetable kills vitamin E. Avocado is a good source of Vitamin E.

Vitamin C is found on tangy fruits. I meant tangy by sour. While vitamin E is found in vegetables; it is known to stop cancer or clean the body. The B Vitamins can be also found on most fruits. No vitamins are as effective & healthy as consuming fresh fruit; it is said that consuming vitamins along with a diet with enough vitamin c intake makes them more effective.
