you find the average of your resting heart rate. then find your maxium heart rate (220-your age) then find your reserve by subtracting your Average Resting Heart Rate from your Maximum Heart Rate. then find 60% of that
Here's How:
Stay Safe. If you are not the victim, practiceuniversal precautions and wear personal protective equipment if available.
Locate the pulse. Have the victim hold his or her hand out, palm up. Use two fingers (index and middle) to locate the pulse on the wrist at the base of the thumb. The pulse feels like a rhythmic thumping.
Count the beats. Using a clock or watch with a second hand, time yourself counting the pulsating beats for 15 seconds.
Calculate the pulse rate. Multiply the pulses you counted in 15 seconds by 4 to get the pulse rate. For the mathematically challenged (like me), here are common pulse rates based on a 15-second count:
12 pulses = rate of 48
13 pulses = rate of 52
14 pulses = rate of 56
15 pulses = rate of 60
16 pulses = rate of 64
17 pulses = rate of 68
18 pulses = rate of 72
19 pulses = rate of 76
20 pulses = rate of 80
25 pulses = rate of 100
26 pulses = rate of 104
27 pulses = rate of 108
28 pulses = rate of 112
29 pulses = rate of 116
30 pulses = rate of 120
Tips:
Never use your thumb to take a pulse. In most people, there is a pulse in the thumb that can interfere with the one you're trying to feel in the victim, and thumbs aren't as sensitive as the other fingers.
The rate of the pulse is only part of the story. The quality of the pulse is also important. When taking a pulse rate, make a note of the strength of the pulse and whether it is regular or erratic. An irregular or weak pulse can tell medical providers important information about a victim's condition.
The pulse in the wrist is called the radial pulse, but pulses can also be felt in the neck, upper arm, groin, ankle and foot.
Your target heart rate should be 75-85% of your max heart rate. To calculate your max heart rate, you take the number 220 and subtract your age in years. You can easily figure out your target heart rate after finding your max heart rate if you take a calculator, enter in your max heart rate and then type subtract 15% and/or subtract 25%. If you do both the percentage subtractions from your max heart rate you will then get the two heart rates that your target heart rate should be in-between.
Your target heart rate should be between 75-85% of your max heart rate. To find your max heart rate you take 220 and subtract your age from it to get your max heart rate. Then you can find your target heart rate easily by taking a calculator, typing in your max heart rate, and then type in "subtract (-) 15%". Record that number on a piece of paper of some sort. Then retype your max heart rate and then type in "subtract(-) 25%". Also record that number down on the same piece of paper you wrote the original number on and put a dash (-) between the numbers. This will show you the two numbers your target heart rate should be in-between.
You need to have a formula and know your age. It's also a good idea to get the approval of your physician in advance before starting any exercise program. Simply ask your physician for a formula appropriate for you.

220 minus your age then multiply by .60 do it again but multiply by .80 this time

Target heartrates will vary based on age and other factors. To find out what your particular heartrate target range should be go to http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/target-heart-rate/SM00083.
There is no such thing as a "killing range" for a firearm.
First, there is no such term as "killing range" for a firearm. There is a maximum EFFECTIVE range- the greatest distance at which a skilled shooter can RELIABLY hit a given target with that firearm. In a criminal investigation, that information would give you the likely maximum distance the shooter fired from.
That depends on which maximum range you want to know. The maximum range if you could shoot a bullet and it would not hit anything until it ran out of energy is 3600 meters (MAX Range). The maximum "effective" range for shooting at an individual or specific point is 500 meters (Point Target) or 600 meters at an area or group without hitting a specific target (Area Target ).
The heart is an important organ in the body which pump blood in the body so without the heart in the body there is know how the blood can be pump to their target place or area
