antibiotics are really essential for treatment but some antibiotics cause side effects can be of any type it may be terotogenic which means you should not be given in pregnancy there are so many other type of allergic reactions are associated with antibiotics but it is necessary to give antibiotics

Basically if too many people use antibiotics for stuff that could be cured with time alone, then the bacteria that are causing the illness can become immune to it by mutations and then the antibiotics won't work on ANYONE because it will he like you've created a whole new illness and people in real need of the cure won't have it. This is why doctors should only give out antibiotics if you need them to get better.

Nothing, except people that use them inappropriately or incorrectly allowing bacteria to evolve resistance (making the antibiotic useless).

The problem is people, not the antibiotics.
