While no doubt a hectic and demanding profession, it is not noted for it's physical arduousness. Any human in reasonable, or even not so reasonable, shape can do it.

It is possible that there may be some minor and sporadic lifting, but certainly nothing over fifty pounds. One must also remember that the planner plans. Staff may do the grunt work. Example: You may plan for a band to play, but that band will move and set up their own sound system.
