What are the reasons a 1994 Mazda B-3000 pickup will not start after being driven?

Per Mazda troubleshooting guide for "Engine hard to start when hot": (1)air filter clogged; (2)fault in the fuel or electrical stsems; (3)fuel not reaching the injectors.

Replace ECM relay Mazda part # BTDA-67-740 relay coolant fan $12.00 part. Had too get diagnostic at dealer to find problem solution. It does not seem connected to problem but it is.

On my 1994 B3000 pickup it is located inside the frame under the drivers side door.
