First thing is do an oil change. Reason being is because the clutch uses the engine oil for lubrication. If you have old oil that has broken down it can cause problems. I run synthetic, Mobil 1 20w50. Give that a try first. If that doesn't work, you will have to take it into the shop and have the clutch plates looked at.
Whatever the car, it has to do with the clutch. If the clutch does not dis-engage the fly wheel, you will be unable to shift or even get it into gear. Check you clutch, pedal, cable, or hydraulic system.

This excerpt is from T.S. Eliot's poem "The Waste Land," which explores themes of desolation and decay in modern society. The lines suggest a sense of entrapment or stagnation, where the roots (past influences) restrict the growth of new branches (future possibilities), ultimately leading to a cycle of futility. The speaker conveys a sense of uncertainty and limitation in trying to understand or predict the outcome.
Saturn SL clutches cannot be adjusted. From what I know about Saturn SLs, (I have owned 2) The clutches are self-adjusting. Usually if the Clutch is slipping too much, or it is hard to get the car into gear, something is either worn-out or broken. So, in short form, it cannot be adusted at all, and if it seems off you may need a new clutch which is pricey and labour intensive, or to replace the clutch cylendar, which is responsible for actuating the clutch. on some cars, the clutch cylendars can be serviced, on saturns they are not servicable and are simply replaced.
