Well, you brush your teeth, wash your hair (and make sure the scalp is scrubbed, please), wash your body, floss, cut and clean fingernails/toenails. If you mean dealing with it when a person you know has hygiene issues, I would say the direct, yet gentle, approach is best. That is what I did. Good hygiene in a workplace means that every thing around is clean. It makes sure that everyone in the workplace can work efficiently without any disturbance from dirty floors or smelly toilets. It is proven that in order for people to work efficiently the work place should be clean minimizing distraction and produces efficient results
