To my knowledge there is no such criminal statute worded in exactly that fashion. The offense would have to encompass some violation of existing criminal law such as: Burglary, Trespass, Theft, Stalking, etc, etc.

If you have a more specific example of how your privacy is being "invaded" include it in a re-worded question and re-submit it.
