"Gin" is not an aboriginal name. It was a rather derogatory term used by white people to refer to aboriginal women who were often used for sexual services.
She supposely said that all aboriginal women are the ugliest. But it was just a rumour.
The aboriginal women often wore their husbands skin if they died when hunting or in battle, Also if their son had died in battle they would wear their skin to honour them.
