The Four Noble Truths do not deal with ethics but rather the acceptance of the truth of the Dharma. The Four Noble Truths are more akin to the Christians acceptance that "Jesus is the Son of God." By accepting the Four Noble Truths we accept the Buddha's teachings. In Buddhism, ethics are an important aspect of our practice- The Eightfold Path deals with wisdom, morality, and meditation. The Eight Fold Path is at the heart of the Dharma, however, I'd say the closest thing to the Ten Commandments would be The Five Precepts. The Five Precepts are the lay Buddhists vow to follow a code of ethics that would lessen suffering and create good karma. The Five Precepts are as follows.....

1) I undertake the precept to refrain from harming living creatures.

2) I undertake the precept to refrain from taking what is not given.

3) I undertake the precept to refrain from sexual immorality.

4) I undertake the precept to refrain from speaking falsely.

5) I undertake the precept to refrain from taking intoxicants.

The First Pillar of Islam covers the ten Commandments. When a person bears witness that, there is no God except Allah. It means he submitts his will to the will of Allah. The ten commandments are mentioned in the Quran and a Muslim is supposed to abide by it.
