obviously, there are only a few sins committed by the prophets as they were great followers of Islam and also invited people to Islam. prophet Muhammad (SAW) never did a sin in his life and even if he was going to do when he was small, Allah stopped him from doing it. As far as i know, Musa (AS) had murdered somebody but asked forgiveness and he also told that he was the wisest forgetting to tell that Allah was the wisest. read about this story, and Adam (AS) had eaten an apple near jahannam, but he asked forgiveness. you can refer to the quran surahs about prophets to learn more.
