there is no real solution, the only thing that we as humans can do is to control the population by teaching Birth Control and educate the masses , ignorance and want are the scourges of this planet.
It takes a decent amount of common sense to solve questions like:
"How can we feed the starving children?" give them food.
"How can we get children the education they need?" get them to school
"How can thousands of jobless filipinos get a job?" give them a job.
But you see it's a lot more complicated especially if we are undecided where to start, is it education? jobs? daily needs?
to me everything is connected to each other.
We need food to be healthy to go to school and to go to work.
But what if the family didn't had enough money?
is it their fault? or the government's fault?
your question raises more questions than it answers
and we are in a struggle on where should we find the answers.

objectives of poverty in the philippines
The top 1 problem of the Philippines is POVERTY.
Topics for a research paper about poverty in the Philippines could focus on the change in the income that defines the poverty level or the number of people who are considered at poverty. Another topic could be the decline or increase in poverty.

The population density of the Philippines is 295 persons per square kilometer. Compare that with Japan's population density of 337 per square kilometer. While Japan is more densely populated, they have far less poverty. From this, it is clear that the cause of poverty in the Philippines is not over population.See what you can do to help the poverty in the Philippines at www.philippineaid.org- Tim TroutmanPhilippine Aid Society
The number one problem in the Philippines are corruption, poverty and crime.
No, the Philippines is a nation that holds morality important. Poverty is a complex issue and has a complex series of causes but one of the main causes, at least in the case of the Philippines, is government corruption. There is a better question to ask than "what is the cause of poverty?" .... it's better to ask, "what is the solution of poverty?". There are charities working to fight the problem and mine is one of them: the Philippine Aid Society. - Tim Troutman www.philippineaid.org
