Some basic rights that are in the Bill of Rights are: Freedom of Speech, Right to Bear Arms, Right to an Attorney, Right to a Public Trial, The Luxury of Being Innocent Until Proven Guilty, and the Freedom of Expression and Religion.

The main good thing about the Articles of Confederation was that it kept the new country together during its early years. It also laid the groundwork for Congress, although the nature of Congress changed when the Constitution was adopted.
