These countries are all between 23.5 degrees North (Tropics of Cancer) to 66.5 degrees North (Arctic Circle) and 23.5 degrees South (Tropics of Capricorn) to 66.5 degrees South (Antarctic Circle). So, in short, countries like Australia, USA, France, China and New Zealand all lie in the temperate zone. Most (not all) countries within the temperate zone experiences the 4 seasons.
Countries with four seasons are ka temperate countries, because of their location in the temperate zone.
