There are actually five parallels of latitude that have some physical significance.

4. The Arctic Circle - the latitude at which you might see the "midnight sun" on June 21, or at which the Sun would not rise at all on December 21. Latitude 66 degrees 34 minutes north.
5. The Antarctic Circle. Ditto for the Southern Hemisphere. Latitude 66 degrees 34 minutes south.
