If your 1988 Celebrity has the 2.5L 4 cylinder engine the torque is 25 ft lbs. If you have the 2.8L V6 engine the torque is 23 ft lbs. This per my 1988 factory service manual.
185 ft lbs been that way since at the very least 1988.

The stock speakers in a Festiva are 4 inch all around
6 Ft. Lbs. according to Alldata program from Chevrolet dealership.
Cylinder head bolts torque is 59-64 ft lbs (cold).I suggest rechecking the torque after about 500 miles or later.And always recheck with engine cold(meaning not run for the day).
I'm working on a 1987 Festiva, and I *believe* that this is located inside the distributor housing.

In the "Chrysler Full-Size Models 1988-93 Automotive Repair Manual" says "Torque Specifications Ft-lbs Spark Plugs to set at "26"
Get a manual. There are very important torque sequences and other specifications that you will need to know. Local library should have one.
I bought a 1989 Festiva LX which has the same 1.3L engine as the 1988 Festiva, and I used nothing but 10W30 Pennzoil in it. I changed both the Oil and the Oil Filter religiously and got 269,000 miles on that engine. Vaya con Dios, Chuck, CABGx3
