Have access to a haynes or chilton manual? they list the torque specs in each of these manuals. If not, they usually cost about $12 at your local auto parts store, or maybe even they have a manual w/o the plastic on it, you could take a glance. Most auto shops when called will kindly provide you with the specs also.
