Japanese bike, so metric system. 10mm and 12mm will get you through most of the bike. I know speedo uses 8mm.
That should be a good start. If you are careful you can use 1/2 instead of 12 mm and I think 3/8 instead of 10mm. Can't remember.

it's located under the engine the bolt is on the left side opposite to the dipstick and you will need a #14 socket to remove it

On the left side of the bike, just behind the crank case and the left foot peg, is the linkage for the gear shifter. It's held in place by a 10mm bolt. Remove the bolt, remove the linkage, and replace at the desired angle.
