Use Photomerge command from File > Automate > Photomerge to create panorama then save as JPEG from File > Save As or Save for Web & Devices.
Go to File > Save for Web & Devices and choose file format, compression, number of colors on the left side of window. Preview in Web Browser from bottom of Save for Web & Devices window.
