Torque specs for 71-73 Pontiac 400 main cap bolts 100 ft-lbs, rear mains 120 ft-lbs. Rod bolt specs 43 ft-lbs respectively.
rod cap bolts 11/32" bolts---30-35 ft. lbs. torque(1/2" nut) bolts 3/8"--(-9/16 nut)---40-45 ft. lbs. torque mains----70 ft.lbs. torque torque specs. are the same on 2 or 4 bolt blocks.

the main caps are 75 pounds of torque. but i dont know the rod breaing specs.
The 1991 Buick 3.1 liter rod cap torque specification is 90 pounds. The rod bolts should be torqued in 45 pound intervals.
The main bolt torque is 100lftlbs and 120 on the rear main cap.
What specs do you need? Torque for the gears or caps? Dimensions? TDC timing marks?
main bearing caps, bolts/studs---step 1 37 ft lbs,---step 2 tighten an additional 77 degrees connecting rod caps----step 1---15 ft lbs, step 2 tighten an additional 75 degrees. for 3.1 v6
