There are two different routes to gain weight - healthy and unhealthy. The healthy approach to weight gain would be to eat natural foods high in protein, carbohydrates and fat. The unhealthy way to gain weight, would be to eat lots of convenient and/or processed foods.

No because,thwy,are excerzizing.but if your over weight snd dont fo it often then yes if you, pay attention to food than excersize...but if you eat alot of,healthy,food such as salads, whole grains, fruits and qwight lift often then,you wont gain but,a pound,or two isnt,bad
